Exceptionally useful sheet metal benders which fit to the jaws of a vice with magnets.
The die is in three parts allowing a range of complex bends to be formed. This unit sits in the jaws of your bench vice (100mm+ recommended). !
As you can imagine ... Bending sheet metal is not always easy especialy if you want to have a professionel look with a nice and smooth radius. In a DIY situation, you want to have the best tools to be efficient and avoid frustration.
As we know some jobs are not already easy by nature so not helping yourself with the best tools available could quickly ruin your day !
So in my opinion ... having a Professional Sheet metal bender to perform some mechanical jobs is paramount.
Far more than your average Metal Bender this unit is very well made.
It is cast steel with tool steel pressing components.
There are 3 x press segments 2 x 50mm, 1x25mm and these are independently removable by Allen head set screws.
Depending on the width of the material you could easily bend steel strips up to 4mm thick and 25mm wide.
Aluminium should not be a problem up to 4mm thick & 100mm wide, depending on your vice.

Allows a range of complex bends to be formed One half consists of the familiar blade that bends the sheet metal. The other half in the 90 degree recess that the blade pushes into.
By carefully positioning the sheet, you can perform a perfect 90 degree bend as good as a workshop!
The blade is segmented, just like a workshop pan break, so that you can make partial bends.
With a little practice, you will be able to fabricate brackets, small boxes & other metal assemblies like a pro.
